Big Week: endorFIT Trial Night

Fancy joining a fitness class but want to sample it first? Now’s your chance. endorFIT runs every Thursday at Hathern Village Hall, but for Big Week we’ve moved to the Community Centre to get all our guests in! Put yourself through your paces in a Circuits/HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Class from 18:30 to 19:15 or if you would like to try something a little less intense give the Stretch/Relaxation class a go from 19:30 to 20:15........or why not stay for both?! Participants must be aged 16 or over. All levels are welcome. Please bring your own mat, a towel and don’t forget your water bottle.
